OEM & ODM

Your brand. Your rules.

From a logo on an existing SKU to a board designed for your specification. Same team, same factory, no trading company in between.

What can be changed

01

PCB layout design

Schematic review and board layout tuned for your enclosure, thermal budget and cost target.

02

Firmware development

Boot logo, preinstalled apps, launcher defaults, remote key mapping and an OTA update channel you control.

03

Chipset customisation

SoC and memory configuration selected against your retail price point rather than whatever is cheapest that week.

04

Hardware customisation

Ports, enclosure, heatsink, remote layout and the accessory bundle that ships in the carton.

05

System development

Android and Google TV system images built, signed and tested for your product.

06

Packaging & branding

Retail box, manual, labels, barcodes and declaration marks prepared for your market.

How a custom order runs

  • Requirement — you send a reference unit, a spec sheet, or just a target price and market.
  • Proposal — we reply with a configuration, unit price at volume, tooling cost and lead time.
  • Sample — a working sample ships for your own checklist. This is where most projects get re-scoped, and that is normal.
  • Approval — firmware and packaging are locked. Certificates are applied for against this exact revision.
  • Mass production — 25–40 days depending on the line, with ageing and functional test before packing.
  • Shipment — cartons labelled for your channel, documents included.

Where the limits are

Certification follows the hardware revision. If you change the board, the radio module or the power supply after certificates are issued, they no longer apply and have to be re-run. We will tell you which changes are free and which trigger a re-test.

Google certification is per-model and per-licensee. If your SKU needs GMS, the application is filed under an account — either yours or ours, but it has to be decided before production starts.

Tell us what you need built

Send a spec, a reference product or just a target price. You will get a realistic answer from the factory — not a sales script.
