Privacy notice
Short version: we use what you send us to answer your enquiry, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we store the name, email address, company, country, phone number, product interest and message you provide, together with the page you sent it from. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser user-agent string, which we use only to block automated spam.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on any order that results. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the commercial relationship and any warranty obligations that follow.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies. The enquiry form is protected by a bot-detection challenge which may set a short-lived technical cookie. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable period and will not require a reason.
